Bottom Line

It's hard to quibble at $12.99 and Choetech's 18W USB-C PD charger will power up your low-power USB Power Delivery gadgets without issue. However, the charger struggles to keep up with more demanding modern smartphones and can't charge up older phones as quickly as their boxed chargers.
