Google Play Pass March 2021 new games

Google Play Pass is now 800 titles strong. The internet giant's subscription service for Android games and apps has picked up 39 new titles since February 1, 2021. The $4.99/month service offers ad-free access to its entire catalog, complete with all in-app purchases.

The most recent batch of new additions to Google Play Pass includes some award-winning games like Football Manager 2021 ($8.99 without Play Pass), Sago Mini School ($7.99/month), Flockers ($1.99), Teslagrad ($6.99), The Gardens Between ($4.99), Star Wars: KOTOR ($9.99), and Forgotton Anne (no in-app purchases with Google Play Pass).

Dead Cells, which is a The Game Award winner in the Best Action Game category, is also coming to Google Play Pass later this week, though Google doesn't tell the exact release date. First available on PC and consoles, the mobile version of the indie hit game usually costs $8.99 on the Play Store. However, as you'd expect, you can access it for free with a Google Play Pass subscription.

Other notable games and apps added to Play Pass since February 1, 2021, include Dungeon Village, WitchSpring3, Super Cat Tales 2, Orbia: Tap and Relax, Hamster Town, Faraway: Puzzle Escape, Stranger Cases: A Mystery Escape, Game Dev Story, and popular kids games Strawberry Shortcake Food Fair and Strawberry Shortcake Holiday Hair.

Several popular education apps such as English for Kids, Happy Daycare Stories – School playhouse baby care, Mandala Coloring Pages, and Miffy's World – Bunny Adventures are also now available on Google Play Pass. Google Play Pass picks up more titles, expands to 42 countries

Google launched Play Pass in September 2019, just days after Apple announced a similar games and apps subscription service for iOS devices, called Apple Arcade. Play Pass debuted with a catalog of over 350 Android games and apps. Over the past one and a half years, Google has added several more titles to the service. And as of the latest update, it now offers access to more than 800 games and apps.

Google Play Pass was also initially a US-only service. However, Google has now expanded its availability to 42 countries/regions all over the world. You can find the full list of countries/regions here.

Moreover, Google last year also introduced a $29.99 yearly plan to Play Pass. While Apple Arcade costs the same $4.99 for a month of subscription, its yearly plan is significantly costlier at $49.99. So if game services factor into your buying decision for your next smartphone, then you might want to consider this pricing structure.
