The HONOR 50 Pro+ is coming. The HONOR 50 Pro+ will be the first post-Huawei flagship from the company, and its specs just got detailed in a new leak.

The HONOR 50 series will become official in May, though we still don’t know the exact date. The company is expected to announce several phones as part of the lineup, and the HONOR 50 Pro+ will probably be the most premium one.

The HONOR 50 Pro+ will have premium specs, which just got detailed

The phone’s specifications got listed on the Master Lu benchmarking website, and they do reveal a lot. Based on this information, the device will be fueled by the Snapdragon 888 SoC.

That processor will be backed by LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 flash storage. The base model will include 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, it seems. More than one variant will likely arrive, though.

The phone will feature a large 6.79-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. That display will support HDR10+ content, though we don’t know if it will be an LTPO panel or not.

Magic UI 4.0 will be included when it comes to software, and it will likely come pre-installed on Android 11 with full support for Google services (almost certainly). As most of you know by now, HONOR is no longer Huawei’s company.

Google services will almost certainly be included

Just to be clear, the source does not confirm that Google services will be included, but based on previous information, they will be. Back in January, HONOR’s CEO confirmed that future HONOR phones will support Google services, so that’s what we’re expecting.

In terms of cameras, the phone will deliver a 50-megapixel main camera on the back, backed by a 13-megapixel ultrawide unit. An 8-megapixel telephoto camera will also be included, as will a 3D ToF sensor.

Interestingly enough, the phone will include two cameras on the front, 32 and 8-megapixel units. A 4,400mAh battery will be included on the inside, and it will support crazy fast charging. 66W fast wired charging will be offered, and the same goes for 50W wireless charging.
