A few days ago, the official support page of Samsung UAE posted renders of the upcoming Galaxy A52 smartphone. Fast forward to now, the Galaxy A52 has been spotted in full glory.
Samsung has a stronghold, not only in the flagship category but in the mid-range segment as well. The Galaxy A50 and Galaxy A51 are the two most successful mid-rangers from Samsung.
Basking on the great success, Samsung will debut the successor to the Galaxy A51, dubbed Galaxy A52 soon. Details about the device are already floating on the internet.
Now, the device came in front of the camera showcasing all the features of the device first hand. The images highlight the design of the device and also confirm the water-resistance feature of the device.
Thanks to Twitter user, Ahmed Qwaider has shared multiple new images showing off the Galaxy A52 from the front and back alongside its packaging.
The images show off the new device from all sides, and it will be safe to say the design looks refreshing, especially for a Samsung mid-ranger. It takes some elements from the Galaxy S21 design, but overall it looks nice.
The 5G model of Galaxy A52 will rock a 120Hz refresh rate 6.5-inch AMOLED display, while the 4G variant will come with a 90Hz refresh rate panel. This means that scrolling through web page, social media apps, and supported games would be smooth.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G is the processor that will power Samsung Galaxy A52. On paper, though, the chipset looks capable. But we wouldn't draw conclusions until we get to see Galaxy A52 in action.
The important thing to note is Samsung is bringing back the optical image stabilization feature. This feature was missing from Samsung’s mid-range devices for a couple of years.
Looking at the images, the quad-camera setup is confirmed for Galaxy A52. It sports a 64MP primary camera, a 12MP wide-angle lens, a 5MP macro camera, and a 5MP depth sensor.
The phone is rumored to come equipped with a 4,500 mAh battery. The infinity-O display on the Galaxy A52 is a nice move taken by Samsung to give the device a premium feel.
All these features won't cost you much. Because as per rumors, the Samsung Galaxy A52 is expected to launch with a price tag of €369 in Europe. FYI, this price is the same as the price of the Galaxy A51 smartphone, which launched back in 2019.
