The OnePlus Nord N10 5G is one of the company’s budget smartphones. That smartphone got announced in October last year, and its successor just surfaced. You can check out the OnePlus Nord N10 5G’s successor in the gallery below the article.
These renders have been shared by @OnLeaks, a well-known tipster. These are CAD-based renders, and considering the source’s track record, chances are they’re spot on.
Not much will change in terms of the design, it seems. Its rear camera setup will look a bit different, with seemingly larger camera sensors. Other than that, the phone will look pretty much the same, save for a different fingerprint scanner placement. More on that down below.
The device is reportedly codenamed “Ebba”, and it will feature a display camera hole in the top-left corner. Its bezels will be somewhat thin, though its bottom bezel will be noticeably thicker than the rest.
The device will include a flat display, and a side-facing fingerprint scanner. That is yet another change compared to the Nord N10 5G, which sported a rear-facing fingerprint scanner. That fingerprint scanner will double as a power / lock key, it seems.
The alert slider won’t be included here, while the volume up and down buttons will sit on the left. OnePlus’ logo is placed on the back, as you can see, along with the company’s name.
The source says that this handset will probably include a plastic backplate. The frame of the device will be made out of metal, while the source also shared its probable dimensions. The phone will measure 162.9 x 74.7 x 8.4mm (10.3 with the camera bump).
When it comes to its display, a 6.49-inch panel is expected. A 3.5mm headphone jack will be included in the package as well, along with a Type-C USB port.
Chances are we’ll have to wait quite a bit to see this smartphone hit the market. Its predecessor arrived in October, so chances are this one will arrive in Q3 or Q4.
