OnePlus Watch official render

OnePlus just confirmed the design of the OnePlus Watch, as an official render got shared. This render got shared by Unbox Therapy, a well-known YouTube channel. They did that in collaboration with OnePlus via Twitter, though, and OnePlus reshared that tweet.

The official OnePlus Watch render is here, prior to launch

OnePlus actually teased the design of the OnePlus Watch as it shared glimpses of it in teaser videos. Well, this is definitely the best look at the watch we have thus far. This is a clean, high-res render that we’re looking at

It does remind me, personally, of the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active, a bit. The watch has a metal chassis, with two buttons on the right side. Those buttons do not protrude much, and they’re strategically placed so that you don’t press them accidentally.

The watch has a round display, and we’re expecting it to be an OLED panel. It seems like you’ll be able to use any standard watch band here, as long as it fits in size. This will probably be a 46mm smartwatch, by the way.

The default watch band seems to be made out of silicone, and it has an interesting pattern on it. The entire watch seems a bit sporty, though if you change the watch band, its looks can drastically change. It’s minimalistic, so you can make it look different with a simple watch band change.

Some specs of this smartwatch got shared a couple of days ago

Ishan Agarwal, a well-known tipster, actually confirmed some of the OnePlus Watch specs a couple of days ago. He confirmed that the watch will ship without Wear OS, and that it will offer great battery life.

The OnePlus Watch will be IP68 certified for water and dust resistance. It will be able to track your sleep patterns, stress, and blood saturation. A heart rate sensor will also be included.

You’ll be able to check your notifications via this watch, and it will ship with 4GB of internal storage. Auto workout detection will also be a part of the package. The watch will become official on March 23, along with the OnePlus 9 series handsets.
