NCAA March Madness Live is the only official March Madness app on this list. It has been published by NCAA Digital, and it's completely focused on the tournament. Having that in mind, this is quite probably the best option for the vast majority of you. The app's design is really minimal, which is a good thing, in this case. The UI is predominantly white, but it combines that with shades of gray, and some other colors.
This app allows you to stream all March Madness games, live. You can even enter the March Madness Bracket Challenge Game, if you want. All you need to do is fill out a tournament bracket and receive personalized alerts to let you know how your picks are performing. Do note that you'll need to lock your brackets before Thursday, March 19, in order to be eligible to participate.
This application also allows you to replay college basketball highlights, and follow the latest games via a live blog. You can even watch exclusive March Madness VOD content, such as classic games, in-depth analysis, highlights, and behind-the-scenes features. Some users seem to have issues with sign-ins, which is affecting the app's rating, but that will hopefully be fixed before the tournament begins.

This app also doesn't have glowing reviews in the Play Store. Some users seem to have issues with various errors, while others are complaining about the pricing model.
