The WWE has officially launched on Peacock today, and yes you can still get that sweet discount for signing up. This also marks the impending death of the WWE Network in the US. The WWE Network will sunset on April 4, just ahead of Wrestlemania.

This means that Fastlane will be the only PPV that will be available on Peacock and WWE Network. While every PPV going forward will be exclusive to Peacock.

If you don't live in the US, this means nothing to you. As only the WWE Network in the US will be sunsetting. Other countries will still have access to the Network to watch original series, as well as PPVs from the WWE.

This is great news for WWE fans

As a WWE fan, I've been very excited about this change. It means that I can still watch every single pay-per-view for a low monthly price, but now it's half as much. The WWE Network was $10 per month, while Peacock Premium is $5 per month. Meaning for half the price, you're still getting all of your favorite WWE content, as well as all of the NBCUniversal content. That means more content for less cash. Who can argue with that?

It is unfortunate that this is only a thing in the US, but we wouldn't be too surprised if the WWE strikes similar deals in other countries in the future. Or moves to Peacock when it moves to other countries. As of right now, Peacock is only available in the US. But Comcast does have plans to make it available in other countries. So that could come in the very near future.

Now about that deal. Peacock is offering new subscribers their first four months for $2.50 per month. So that's $9.99 for your first four months. It's half off of its regular price. Of course, after those first four months, it will go up to its regular price of $4.99 per month. This means you can watch Fastlane this weekend, as well as Wrestlemania in a few weeks for just $9.99. That's not too shabby.
