The Xiaomi Mi Band 6 is now available to pre-order in the US, and it costs less than $60. To be more exact, the device is now available to pre-order from Amazon and Walmart for $59.98. It was available to pre-order at the time of writing this article, but it’s possible it will go out of stock soon, even though these are only pre-orders.

If you opt to order it, do note that it will ship around May 18. So, you won’t have to wait for long, but it won’t ship straight away, of course, as this is a pre-order period after all.

The Xiaomi Mi Band 6 has a lot to offer for the asking price. It is one of the best fitness trackers at under $100, that’s for sure. The device itself is made out of plastic, while it comes with a silicone band.

It includes a 1.56-inch AMOLED display (486 x 152), and it does not include GPS. You’ll need to have this tracker connected to your phone in order to utilize the GPS functionality. A 125mAh battery is also included.

The device is 5ATM rated, which means you can go up to 50m below water (freshwater) for up to 30 minutes. You can’t make NFC payments with the device, as an NFC chip isn’t included in the global variant. The device comes with Bluetooth 5.0.

It comes with both SpO2 and heart rate sensors

The Xiaomi Mi Band 6 is equipped with 16GB of storage, and it is compatible with both Android and iOS operating systems. It measures 47.4 x 18.6 x 12.7mm, while it weighs 14 grams. It also includes a SpO2 sensor, by the way, and a heart rate sensor.

The Xiaomi Mi Band 6 can monitor your sleep patterns, and also track more than 30 different workouts. The Mi Band 6 doesn’t offer an NFC chip, and the same goes for GPS, but those are some tradeoffs to keep the price low.

This device isn’t for everyone, but if you’re looking for an affordable fitness tracker, it’s definitely worth checking out, as it does have a lot to offer.
