OnePlus has decided to host a OnePlus 9 series “Blind Box sale”. This information comes from Max Jambor, who shared the information via his Twitter handle. Do note that this sale is not available across the globe though.

The OnePlus 9 series “Blind Box sale” seems to be exclusive to Germany

The OnePlus 9 series “Blind Box sale” is exclusive to Germany, actually. To be more precise, OnePlus is doing this in partnership with Deutsche Telekom.

The sale will kick off today, and users who decide to get the phone this way, will receive it early. What will the users get in the box? Well, they’ll get one of the two new products, in addition to some accessories.

How early will the users get their phones this way? They’ll get it on March 24, reports Max Jambor, ahead of everyone else. As a reminder, the OnePlus 9 series will become official on March 23.

Users will be able to choose between the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro, of course. It is also worth noting that the aforementioned price tag of €1,111 applies for the OnePlus 9 Pro, and we’d guess with the best configuration possible.

Those who pay the full price will get the best ‘Pro’ model configuration and quite a few accessories

Based on rumors, the most powerful OnePlus 9 Pro variant will offer 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The extra accessories that users get should make up for the difference with the standard retail package. Users will get quite a few accessories, it seems.

OnePlus is expected to share more information at some point today, but not everything, as this is called a “Blind Box sale” for a reason. This is also an interesting way to promote its new smartphones, of course.

The OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro will become the company’s new flagship series of devices. The OnePlus 9R is also rumored to launch on March 23, along with the OnePlus Watch.

OnePlus still did not tease the arrival of the OnePlus 9R, though. It did, however, tease the arrival of the OnePlus Watch. That smartwatch will become the company’s very first smartwatch, actually.
